Life Update 3/18/26

I have a lot of drafts to finish writing, but quick life update. I’m still working on my second novel as well as my manga adaptation of my first novella, Weed in God’s Garden. Here’s the link if you’re interested in checking it out. WEED IN GODS GARDEN

I completed chapter 3 not long ago and I’m currently working on chapter 4.

As for my life. Nothing interesting is happening. I think I reached the age where I just want to sit down and work on my passion project.

I’ve started uploading my art on the same website, Project Art Gallery

I’ll be dropping batches of content there as well as on here because social media isn’t guaranteed. Like I cant put my eggs completely in the baskets of platform holders.

There’s a war happening. I don’t plan on flying anywhere this year. I don’t even have the desires to travel now, but what’s on my mind currently is getting my passport for next years excursions if it’s safe to fly.

I’m spending very little time on the internet and sticking my nose back into books. This all comes from an eerie feeling I’ve been having. It feels as if whenever I start scrolling what I see gets stuck in my head like a sticker that leaves behind its tacky residue when you peel it off.

Privacy is slowly fading away. Everyone is either being recorded or recording for content. Unless you have millions to blow to wipe something off the internet or pay guards to protect you and your image, everything is entirely up for grabs. You, your likeness. I wrote a short story about something like this happening where your face is going to be used for advertisements with or without your approval since you signed the terms and conditions.

I’m rambling.

I advise you to spend less time off of social media and the internet if you want to retain your sanity. Lower your screen time if possible to maybe 2 hours a day. It’s not like the old days where your program came on at a certain time, you watch it, then turn the tv off. Now you have to make the effort to either log off or close your phone and set it away from you.
