Magic Hands

I now understand why those older women I worked with had a ring on each finger. There’s something magical that comes from decorated hands. We use them damn near for everything in our lives, why not keep them well kept and bedazzled in jewels and artifacts.

I don’t wear nails often and if I do, they’re press-on. My hat goes off to all women who get nails fused to their fingers and-for the love of their nailbeds to return back to the chair and get the acrylic soaked off. I expect the best work if you’re willing to pay someone and I adore looking at all sorts of designs.

What I really love is jewelry added to the hands. It doesn’t have to be pure gold rings wrapped in diamonds. I bought an empty set of cabochon rings and put my art into the glass.
