Must Sleep Now

My assistant brought me flowers. Thank goodness I took a picture of them in the morning. By the time I got home, the pedals were limp. It was on my mind to complete something traditional, no relations to my series.

I like drawing them traditionally. I tried digital but…it didnt translate as I intended. However, this was a good sketch I didn’t want to waste.  Sometime in the future when I reach their arc, I wonder if I’ll be comfortable creating their entire manga on screen.

For now, I like using paper.

and circles on cheeks are here to stay.
