What’s the most fun way to exercise?
Jogging
Early morning jogs, planting seeds, and Just Dance. Unless you have better ideas, that’s all I have. Also, what’s up with WordPress prompts? Is there any way I can see other responses?
There’s something about morning jogs when you live up north. During the middle of spring and fall it’s just *chefs kiss* perfecto. The air is so clear you can feel it circulating in your lungs to your bloodstream with every breath. The sky is cerulean blue with a touch of white. The trees maybe bare with tiny numbs about to bloom or an aray of warm colors. You can’t help but bask in the ambiance of nature while you run from zombies.
Gardening
I heard that gardening is harder for men. The digging, but first they have to till the soil to make sure it’s moisturized and soft enough for the seed to take root into. Under the hot sun, you sweat which means you’re buring calories. I love gardening. When I’m feeling a bit sporty I’ll squat down and do my best.
Just Dance
Dancing is a form of cardio and expression, therefore the activity is a win-win situation. Dancing sadly was found upon in my household, I wish I could’ve learned when I was younger, but now that I’m older I got over the feeling of being condemned and bought the game Just Dance on Nintendo switch along with Fit Ring.
Now these are just fun ways to exercise for me. Maybe you’re into gym culture. I been there myself but my introverted nature took over. There’s rockclimbing, surfing, skating. Either way we do it,as long as we’re working out, being healthy, eating great, and loving the bodies we are born in, anyway of exercise is fun.
