Which body part will we focus on today?

The other day I was stuck as to what to draw. One minute I thought I need to work on my hands. But after drawing a foot, I nearly ripped three of my locs out in frustration. They looked like hawk talons.

My mind goes all over the place when there’s nothing to keep it in order. At this point I have a planner for my planner, that’s how quick I forget, lose track, or switch between thoughts. So I made a weekly planner on which body part I needed to focus on for the day. Now, this is just my personal way of studying. Yours may be different, but I wanted to give you some insight on the path I’m traveling in my own art journey. If you’re a scatter brain like myself, this weekly calendar should help and even inspire you to make your own in canva.

Print it out or write it down and stick it on the wall where you’re most likely to see it.
